Version 2.7.4-1 of Git has been uploaded and should be coming soon to a
mirror near you. This update includes the following packages:
- git
- git-cvs
- git-debuginfo
- git-email
- git-gui
- gitk
- git-svn
This is an update to the latest upstream release. Notably, it includes
a fix for CVE-2016-2324 (which was not included in yesterday's v2.7.3
builds), with thanks again to Ismail Donmez for bringing it to my
attention.
This update also retires the git-completion package, the contents of
which are now included in the main git package, and resolves some
remaining issues with defining the dependencies for each package.
