Subject: xinit 1.3.4-11

Message-ID: <201604151615.u3FGFbFX031446@int-mx14.intmail.prod.int.phx2.redhat.com> (raw)

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* xinit-1.3.4-11

This package contains programs used to start the X Window System server and
a first client program in environments that use multiple window systems.

This release fixes several bugs:

* stale lockfiles are ignored by startx and startxwin;

* in startxwin, -multiwindow is still provided automatically even when
specifying server arguments on the command line;

* propogate settings to DBusActivable applications;

* improved integration with IMSettings;

* updates for GNOME 3.18.

Please note that /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc-common is no longer included
automatically when a custom $HOME/.startxwinrc is in use. Such users
who want those settings will need to source it themselves.
