Mesa is an open-source implementation of the OpenGL, OpenGL ES, and EGL
specifications for rendering interactive 3D graphics.
Complete documentation on OpenGL usage and configuration can be found here:
http://x.cygwin.com/docs/ug/using-glx.html
This is an update to the latest upstream release:
http://mesa3d.org/relnotes/13.0.0.html
http://mesa3d.org/relnotes/13.0.1.html
http://mesa3d.org/relnotes/13.0.2.html
http://mesa3d.org/relnotes/13.0.3.html
Unfortunately, the SWR backend introduced in the 12.0 release did not work
properly, and therefore has been disabled in this release.
