The following packages have been upgraded in the Cygwin distribution:

A script interpreter which provides a set of curses widgets:
objects whose appearance and behavior can be customized.

This Cygwin release has a breaking change to drop text mode output of
rc files with CR-LF line terminators to allow tests to succeed and for
compatibility with other systems and files as decided a few years ago.
This package is used in all *texlive* installations, so it has been
available in test for a few weeks.
As no issues have been reported, the upgrade is being released as
current stable.
