I've made a new version of the mingw-runtime available for download.
This release takes advantage of the mingw section added in the latest
release of the 'man' package and moves the MinGW manpages to the mingw
section.

For a list of changes see below.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
