GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the
complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable
interface.
This update corrects a serious flaw in the previous libltdl DLL.
Changes (since libtool1.5-1.5.22-1)
* update to CVS 2006-Oct-14 snapshot
* libltdl DLL actually exports symbols and so is not useless
+ thanks to Jan Nieuwenhuizen and Yasutaka Atarashi for the report
and detailed analysis.
* fix for memory leak in libltdl
* compatibility with autoconf-2.60
* cross-compile fixes for target=cygwin/mingw
* switch to cygport build framework
