The mingw-w64 cross compilers have been updated:

* mingw64-i686-gcc-6.4.0-1
* mingw64-x86_64-gcc-6.4.0-2

The gcov-dump tool was left out in mingw64-x86_64-gcc-6.4.0-1, hence the
-2 release.

Note that ADA/GNAT is no longer supported in the cross compiler.
