Message-ID: <53544CA3.3070105@tiscali.co.uk> (raw)

The following packages have been updated:

   - poco-1.4.6p4-1
   - libpoco-devel-1.4.6p4-1
   - libpoco-doc-1.4.6p4-1
   - libpoco16-1.4.6p4-1
   - poco-debuginfo-1.4.6p4-1

This release contains bugfixes and minor improvements.

PORT NOTES
==========

The documentation package libpoco-doc-1.4.6p4-1 is missing
documentation for the Poco::Crypto, Poco::Data and Poco::Zip
namespaces. I assume that this is a packaging error on the part of the
Poco developers. If you require documentation for these namespaces,
either use the previous documentation package (libpoco-doc-1.4.6p3-1),
or browse the documentation online: http://pocoproject.org/docs/

DESCRIPTION
===========

Poco is a collection of modern, powerful open source C++ class
libraries and frameworks for building network- and internet-based
applications that run on desktop, server, mobile and embedded systems.
They simplify and accelerate the development of network-centric,
portable applications in C++.
