The following package has been updated in the Cygwin distribution:
* biber-2.1-1
Biber is a BibTeX replacement for users of BibLaTeX, with full Unicode support.
This is an update to the latest upstream release. It is the first release of
biber as a standalone package on 32-bit Cygwin. The main executable is
/usr/bin/biber, which is a Perl script; in the 32-bit case it replaces
/usr/bin/biber.exe, which used to be provided by the
texlive-collection-bibtexextra package.
