New versions of
fftw3/fftw3-doc/libfftw3-devel/libfftw3_3
are available in the Cygwin distribution:
3.2-1 for cygwin-1.5
3.2-2 for cygwin-1.7
These are new upstream versions
compiled with gcc-4.3.2
