Hi,
The arpack library is now available for cygwin-1.7.
The version 96-1 of
libarpack-devel, libarpack0
have been uploaded.
It is one of the package needed to fully compile
Octave-3.2.x
DESCRIPTION
ARPACK is a collection of Fortran77 subroutines designed
to solve large scale eigenvalue problems.
