Version {libhdf5_6,libhdf5-devel,hdf5}-1.8.6-1
for cygwin have been uploaded.

This is the first release of 1.8.x series on cygwin.
Due to API change the library bumped from
libhdf5_0 to libhdf5_6.


DESCRIPTION
HDF5 is a suite/library that makes possible the
management of extremely large and complex data collections.
