sng 1.1.1-1 is now available in Cygwin. This release improves documentation
of the SNG syntax.
SNG (Scriptable Network Graphics) is a minilanguage that represents any PNG
(Portable Network Graphics) file in an editable form. SNG is implemented by
a compiler/decompiler called sng that losslessly translates between SNG and
PNG.
