are available in the Cygwin distribution.
CYGWIN NOTES
The 64 bit version is linked also to HDF4
The 32 bit only to HDF5
CYGWIN CHANGES
rebuilt to make netcdf aware that HDF5 was built with libsz compression
capability. It seems the check is only at build time not running time
