A new version of stunnel is available in the Cygwin distribution:

stunnel-4.26-1 for Cygwin 1.5
stunnel-4.26-2 for Cygwin 1.7

stunnel is a program that allows you to encrypt arbitrary TCP connections i=
nside
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). stunnel can allow you to secure non-SSL aware
daemons and protocols (like POP, IMAP, LDAP, etc) by having stunnel provide=
 the
encryption, requiring no changes to the daemon's code.

This is a new minor upstream release, with bug fixes and a few new features.
