      Ignore 'skip' hint
      Only log about no-for-output once
      Add highlander rule to generated gitolite configuration
      Make 'homepage:' mandatory in new -src.hint uploads
      Disallow requires: and obsoletes: in src.hint files
      Configure 'receive.advertisePushOptions = true' for all gitolite repos
      Update version to 20210626
