Sorry, no. The cygwin-apps mailing list isn't for reporting mirror
problems.
The mirrors are checked twice a day. If there is a problem the mirror
will fall off the list eventually. It shouldn't need to be reported but
if you feel like you really want to talk about it, then the cygwin list
is the place to do so.
