There was also a bug in setup.hint: -requires: cygwin libaprutil1 crypt libapr1-devel libdb4.2-devel libexpat-devel libgdbm-devel libiconv +requires: cygwin libaprutil1 crypt libapr1-devel libdb4.2-devel libexpat1-devel libgdbm-devel libiconv It's libexpat1-devel, not libexpat-devel.
