Every other try to resize and paste in whatever order resulted in a C which was barely visible on the dark background. The 32x32 icon is pretty small, so the inner C must stand out to be visible at all. IMHO. If you have a way to create a C which is not handdrawn *and* stands out, I would very much like to see it.
