These are due to a version mismatch between the perl package and the
above two packages. There is a perl_debuginfo-5.14.1-1.tar.bz2 but
no perl-5.14.1-1.tar.bz2 .
I copied the -1 versions to -2 and removed the -1 versions but that's
probably not the right fix.
