(gcc-4.7.2-2 test) gmp / mpfr / mpclib / ppl / cloog-ppl

[Achim Gratz]

Test packages built with gcc-4.7.2-2, TLS is enabled and finally passing
all tests for MPFR.  I would appreciate if someone could check if the
setup.hint files are correct before I send an RFU (or if I should omit
them).  If there's anything else I should change or check before RFU,
please let me know.

Questions:

1. Should ppl-doc be renamed libppl-doc?
2. Should documentation be split into libcloog-doc?

I was under the impression that upset was handling these a bit different
than genini, but apparently not

I have uploaded new setup.ini files that I hope are correct: only a test
specification for new packages, all three specifications (sans prev in
one or two cases) and the require lines changed to the requires of the
current package for pre-existing packages.  Note that some requires for
*-devel packages were wrong in the current release directory.

Thanks.  Since I guess this will come up again, could you please explain
what exactly was missing?  The mechanism for obsoleting packages seems
to be to provide a newer empty package, is that right?  An "obsoletes:
ppl-devel" in the setup.hint in the libppl-devel would have triggered
the automatic creation of this empty package?

Unfortunately not.  If you obsolete a package you have to create an
emtpy package for the obsoleted package yourself.  See, for instance,
the current w32api-9999-1.tar.bz2.  It's the empty tar file for the
w32api package which has been obsoeted by w32api-headers and
w32api-runtime.

for mpfr-debuginfo please be corrected to 3.1.2-1 (the release number is
wrongly -2 at the moment)?

Achim,

Could you add isl and cloog-isl to the i686 distro as well?  They are 
needed for the 32-to-64 cross-compiler which some maintainers need to 
build their packages for x86_64.

These are all test packages built with gcc-4.7.2-2 and linked against
the test package for GMP-5.1.1 (libgmp10).
