to download (remove the index.html's) :
wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 \
http://matzeri.altervista.org/cygwin-1.7/octave-forge/index.html
rm ./index.html
File list:

octave-forge-20120224-1.tar.bz2
setup.hint
leave octave-forge-20110730-1 as previous
and remove octave-forge-20110226-1
