LOST ANNOUNCEMENT: rpcbind released

 Hello!
 I have uploaded rpcbind for the release and posted an announcement about a
week ago. After a couple of days i reposted it because there seemed to be no
reaction.
 Did anybody get it ? It seems to be lost for some strange reason. Sometimes
this happens with my emails to Cygwin lists.

No, I didn't.  Can you please check your mail for raw email addresses
and then try again and tell us immediately after you sent the mail to
cygwin-announce?  If that doesn't work either, we might have to engage
sourceware overseers.

 I  tried to repost the announcement, but now i get bounces because of
 "spam score exceeded".

Thanks.  I replied in PM.  At a first glance it looks like the raw email
address problem.  I really wonder if the mailing list filters aren't too
excessive sometimes.

I asked overseers to loosen the spam rules on the Cygwin lists somewhat.
They were tighter than on the other lists on sourceware, and now the
postmaster removed the Cygwin-specific rules.  Please try to send your
announcement again and tell me immediately when you did, for the sake of
keeping track.
