Is that how you are expecting folks to get your build? It seemed to find setup.ini but just hung there for a while after which I gave up. Not sure if it's a firewall problem on my end (which I doubt - since I access other Cygwin mirrors routinely from behind the FW) or a server problem or PEBCAK. Thanks.
