I think these all depend on 'perl5_030' (which is provided by a single remaining version of perl) or 'perl5_026' (which nothing provides anymore) Long-term, I think calm should be taught to expire (= move to the vault) packages which are no longer installable because their requires don't exist any more. I'm not sure if you have access the ~cygwin-admin/bin/vault script (note this takes a shell glob as an argument which should match a specific package & version, if you want to manually do that...
