commit b827d4d36a7df77e8e0bcaed38bf639d83f6d233
Author: Corinna Vinschen <corinna@vinschen.de>

    Cygwin: simplify create_new_main_thread_stack

Originally the function was designed to be used in forked
processes as well, but it has never been used this way. Drop
