One non-licensing issue that hasn't been mentioned is that you should be sure to point people back to you for support questions since your distribution will not actually be the official cygwin distribution. We won't want to see problem reports about any packaging issues that might be on your CD or questions about versions of software that will become out-of-date. cgf
