Unfortunately gdb doesn't work to attach to a process there (it gets confused with the ARM64 DLLs loaded in the process). And WinDbg can't load the symbols for a cygwin dll (cv2pdb generally works pretty well for this, but it seems to be confused by the split .dbg file for msys-2.0.dll).
