I *used* to use Outlook, which quoted the *cygwin-owner* address only.
Proof of me using TB: look at the PGP-signed messages that I have now
(just like Eric Blake)  I'll bet David LaFrance-Linden forgot to get rid
of the raw email address (while using Outlook)...

Or, maybe he just could've done what DaveK has done: just replace the
"Original Message" lines with the "Somebody wrote:" line instead...

  I use QuoteFix for outlook.  Works a treat.
