I stand corrected and humbled.  B20 will never be surpassed.  Use 1.5 only
if B20 is unavailable.  1.7 exists only so we call tell people forced to
use 1.5 that at least it's not 1.7, so what are they complaining about?

And let's not forget that downloading a zip file (over dial-up) every time
something is updated is clearly better than using setup.
