The current (Nov 27) setup-86.exe 32 bit cygwin stops installing on windows11 saying 32 bit machine not supported.  (It's not a 32 bit machine)

A version on another new win11 laptop from a week ago works fine (still in downloads folder and USB'd over) except for a remark about mismatched version number.
