That's crazy talk Dave!  Their entire business model is based on 
people "upgrading" in the hope that longstanding, obvious bugs will be
fixed (Word *still* has bugs I first reported to them about 18 years 
ago).  If the bugs were fixed, the whole house of cards would collapse.
