The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** libphonon4-4.6.0-2
*** libphonon-devel-4.8.2-2

Phonon is a Qt4/KDE4 multimedia engine with support for multiple
backends.

This release fixes a problem with the cmake files, and adds a
dependency on libqzeitgeist.
