I posted a new startup-scripts package.

Changes:

1) Use -multiwindow by default in startwin.bat.

2) Add a section describing Cygwin/XFree86-specific command-line 
parameters to startxwin.bat.

3) Add a new script ``startxdmcp.bat'' that gives some examples for 
connecting to a remote host via XDMCP.  Also includes an example of 
setting a remote font path the -fp.
