This is the first release of the xserver 1.13 series. It is currently available as a test release, and will be made stable in approximately two weeks if no major regressions are reported. Please try test releases and report problems to the Cygwin/X mailing list. Testing helps ensure good releases! Unfortunately, the upstream announce mail [1] does not contain a full changelog since 1.12, so you will need to consult the changelog or git for a list of upstream fixes and improvements. In addition, the following cygwin-specific changes have been made since 1.12.4-1: * Fix compilation of Xorg DDX on cygwin broken by upstream changes * Update .cygport for automatic setup .hint file generation * Fix compilation with mingw-w64 w32api headers * In multiwindow mode, stop spamming MotionNotify events when the mouse is outside an X window but not moving (Thanks to Colin Harrison for patch) * Fix a potential crash in multiwindow mode when an application (e.g. [2]) doesn't null terminate the WM_CLASS property class name (which is an ICCCM conformance bug in the application) (Thanks to Marc Haesen for patch) 27e61cc5c7b14773891e9878e3103f89 *xorg-server-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 61dca0cca9334a333fd5a5f804e77f14 *xorg-server-common-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 3d4e26d9830137d00ad19bac1d28bdcf *xorg-server-debuginfo-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 7a8c09e48dd9e2d44643086dff372c3c *xorg-server-devel-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 1a434fe5379d11f66ee871a459e3b394 *xorg-server-dmx-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 629b3304b675d4ead00f191119781c0f *xorg-server-extra-1.13.0-1.tar.bz2 bd8980ddd1b5b373da24b39c81a6be8c *xorg-server-1.13.0-1-src.tar.bz2 [1] http://lists.x.org/archives/xorg-announce/2012-September/002068.html [2] http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6961123
