The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:
*** xorg-server-*1.15.0-4
These packages contain XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.
The following cygwin-specific changes have been made since 1.15.0-3:
* Improve mapping of no-decoration MOTIF hint to remove system menu controls
(This avoids a problem with fbpanel fighting the WM if it is minimized,
causing it to spin)
* Remove decorations and system menu controls from _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_SPLASH
type windows (e.g. GIMP splash screen)
* Fix a regression introduced in 1.15.0-1 with Xephyr initial window sizing
(fd.o bug #74849)
