Attached is the XWin.log. Specifically: I have 2 monitors, each 16x12. When I run XWin with XWin.exe -multiwindow -multimonitors... Any windows that show up on the right screen work fine as long as you don't move them. As soon as they are moved, however, they stop drawing. The border draws, but inside is just white. If I move it onto the left screen, however, everything works again like a normal window should. I appreciate you guys taking a look at this, but also, I need some help reverting to an older version. Any idea what version woudl work? Also, I'm new-ish to Cygwin and I'd love to know how I could possibly revert the Xmanager? I have a passing acquaintance with setup, but that's about it. -Dan ------=_NextPart_000_0011_01C40040.090A8D90 Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="XWin.log" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="XWin.log" Content-length: 3809 ddxProcessArgument - Initializing default screens=0A= winInitializeDefaultScreens - w 1600 h 1200=0A= winInitializeDefaultScreens - Returning=0A= OsVendorInit - Creating bogus screen 0=0A= (EE) Unable to locate/open config file=0A= InitOutput - Error reading config file=0A= winDetectSupportedEngines - Windows NT/2000/XP=0A= winDetectSupportedEngines - DirectDraw installed=0A= winDetectSupportedEngines - Allowing PrimaryDD=0A= winDetectSupportedEngines - DirectDraw4 installed=0A= winDetectSupportedEngines - Returning, supported engines 0000001f=0A= InitOutput - g_iNumScreens: 1 iMaxConsecutiveScreen: 1=0A= winScreenInit - dwWidth: 1600 dwHeight: 1200=0A= winSetEngine - Multi Window =3D> ShadowGDI=0A= winAdjustVideoModeShadowGDI - Using Windows display depth of 32 bits per pi= xel=0A= winCreateBoundingWindowWindowed - User w: 1600 h: 1200=0A= winCreateBoundingWindowWindowed - Current w: 1600 h: 1200=0A= winGetWorkArea - Original WorkArea: 0 0 1200 1600=0A= winGetWorkArea - Virtual screen is 3200 x 1200=0A= winGetWorkArea - Virtual screen origin is -1600, 0=0A= winGetWorkArea - Primary screen is 1600 x 1200=0A= winGetWorkArea - Adjusted WorkArea for multiple monitors: 0 -1600 1200 1600= =0A= winAdjustForAutoHide - Original WorkArea: 0 -1600 1200 1600=0A= winAdjustForAutoHide - Adjusted WorkArea: 0 -1600 1200 1600=0A= winCreateBoundingWindowWindowed - WindowClient w 3200 h 1200 r 3200 l 0 b 1= 200 t 0=0A= winCreateBoundingWindowWindowed - Returning=0A= winAllocateFBShadowGDI - Creating DIB with width: 3200 height: 1200 depth: = 32=0A= winAllocateFBShadowGDI - Dibsection width: 3200 height: 1200 depth: 32 size= image: 15360000=0A= winAllocateFBShadowGDI - Created shadow stride: 3200=0A= winFinishScreenInitFB - Masks: 00ff0000 0000ff00 000000ff=0A= winInitVisualsShadowGDI - Masks 00ff0000 0000ff00 000000ff BPRGB 8 d 24 bpp= 32=0A= winCreateDefColormap - Deferring to fbCreateDefColormap ()=0A= null screen fn ReparentWindow=0A= null screen fn RestackWindow=0A= winFinishScreenInitFB - Calling winInitWM.=0A= InitQueue - Calling pthread_mutex_init=0A= InitQueue - pthread_mutex_init returned=0A= InitQueue - Calling pthread_cond_init=0A= InitQueue - pthread_cond_init returned=0A= winInitWM - Returning.=0A= winFinishScreenInitFB - returning=0A= winScreenInit - returning=0A= InitOutput - Returning.=0A= MIT-SHM extension disabled due to lack of kernel support=0A= XFree86-Bigfont extension local-client optimization disabled due to lack of= shared memory support in the kernel=0A= (--) Setting autorepeat to delay=3D500, rate=3D31=0A= (--) winConfigKeyboard - Layout: "00000409" (00000409)=20=0A= (EE) No primary keyboard configured=0A= (=3D=3D) Using compiletime defaults for keyboard=0A= Rules =3D "xfree86" Model =3D "pc101" Layout =3D "us" Variant =3D "(null)" = Options =3D "(null)"=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - Hello=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - Calling pthread_mutex_lock ()=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - Hello=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - Calling pthread_mutex_lock ()=0A= winPointerWarpCursor - Discarding first warp: 1600 600=0A= winBlockHandler - Releasing pmServerStarted=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - pthread_mutex_lock () returned.=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - pthread_mutex_unlock () returned.=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - DISPLAY=3D127.0.0.1:0.0=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - pthread_mutex_lock () returned.=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - pthread_mutex_unlock () returned.=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - DISPLAY=3D127.0.0.1:0.0=0A= winBlockHandler - pthread_mutex_unlock () returned=0A= winProcEstablishConnection - Hello=0A= winProcEstablishConnection - Clipboard is not enabled, returning.=0A= winInitMultiWindowWM - XOpenDisplay () returned and successfully opened the= display.=0A= winMultiWindowXMsgProc - XOpenDisplay () returned and successfully opened t= he display.=0A= ------=_NextPart_000_0011_01C40040.090A8D90--
