It seems that -clipboard and -multiwindow do not work together. So, please test 'XWin -unixkill -emulate3buttons -multiwindow', 'XWin -unixkill -emulate3buttons -clipboard', and 'XWin -unixkill -emulate3buttons'. Please report your results. I have a suspicion about what is causing your problem and this testing information will help me to fix the problem.
