* Having problems with startxwin

I'm currently running Windows Vista and have installed CYGWIN.  Every  
time I try to run startxwin it gives me problems saying that it's  
already running on display 0 or something like that.  A couple of  
times it ran after I restarted my computer but I could only run it  
once then it gave me erronm 11.

Is there anything that I can do?
