Each page should now have:

HEADER MODIFIED: $Date$ $Author$
LEFT SIDEBAR MODIFIED: $Date$ $Author$
BODY MODIFIED: $Date$ $Author$
FOOTER MODIFIED: $Date$ $Author$


Additionally, the home page has:

NEWS MODIFIED: $Date$ $Author$
