$ LANG=C.UTF-8 ./Xlocale.exe

XSupportsLocale returned false

$ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 ./Xlocale.exe

Locale is en_US.UTF-8
XSupportsLocale returned true

$ unset LANG

$ ./Xlocale.exe

Locale is C
XSupportsLocale returned true

$ uname -a
