From: wxie <wxie@purdue.edu> To: cygwin-xfree@cygwin.com Subject: how to project startx window to the extended terminal Date: Thu, 09 Jun 2011 14:28:00 -0000 [thread overview] Message-ID: <4DF0D887.2080907@purdue.edu> (raw) In-Reply-To: <4D2F339F.5030109@purdue.edu> I have two terminals connect to the laptop running win7. One is the main display and the other one is the extended display. When running startx, the xwindow always pop-up into the main display. Is it possible to configure it such that it directly goes into the extended display? I can certainly drag it there but my two displays have different resolution and the xwindow can not fit both terminal at the same time.
