The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

* libsoup2.4-doc-2.44.2-2
* libsoup-gnome2.4_1-2.44.2-2
* libsoup-gnome2.4-devel-2.44.2-2
* girepository-Soup2.4-2.44.2-2
* girepository-SoupGNOME2.4-2.44.2-2

These releases include patches to treat file: URIs with four leading 
slashes as local files instead of UNC addresses.
