Hello.

Below are the results of doing a self-test ("make check") on Cygwin 
v1.3.1-1 immediately after building the libraries.  The build was done 
with a plain-vanilla config, just:

    tar -xzf /cygdrive/d/unix-install/latest/cygwin/cygwin-1.3.1-1-src.tar.gz
    mkdir cygwin-bin; cd cygwin-bin
    ../cygwin-1.3.1-1/configure
    make

No errors were seen during the build.  The build/test was done on a WinNT 
v4.0 box (with SP 6.0a applied).  The latest packages (e.g. gcc/binutils) 
were previously installed via the "setup.exe" utility.  

Are these 17 failures expected, or is there something wrong with my 
environment?
