The new version is quite different from the old one, mani thing it needs
a stub resolver for DNS lookup.
As the package mantainer I plan to port it, but had not the time yet...
I did some unsiccessful tries with BIND, maybe I should try with some
other resolver (best thing would be to create a stubb calling winsocks
functions, of course.. I've had not yet examined the form of resolv.h
for 'similiarity' with winsock.h calls).

Somethings rather strange with the bluid process, then.
I have built rsync 2.5.0 OOTB, but it stackdumps immediately.
