Cygwin.dll emulates linux console terminal, so your TERM variable shall be set to "linux".

Hi,
I am happily running Sergey's bash (GNU bash, version 2.01.0(4)-release
(i386-pc-cygwin32)), But i would be even more happy if my $TERM would be
set to vt100 or better. 'less' seems not to cope with the currently
'dumb' Terminal. Are there plans to give the bash vt100 capabilities per
default?
Where is (if at all) a vt100-emaulation for NT?
Thanks for any help
Erwin
