It seems to check if each part is installed via the registry only and skips it all since it thinks Cygwin 1.1.1 is still installed. I previouly installed Cygwin 1.1.1 via the 1.43 setup without problems and uninstalled (with many errors). then deleted the root directory before trying the 1.45 setup.
