Subject: Package x3270 installation error: startx crashes
Date: Tue, 20 Dec 2016 21:22:00 -0000	[thread overview]

Dear All,

In November 2016 I tried several times to install Cygwin 2.6.0 from

the official cite setup-x86_64.exe form various mirrors. Installation always ended with an error:Package: _/x3270
               x3270.sh exit code 1

I am using windows 10 on a Dell Laptop XPS 15.
When I tried startx from mintty, it always crashes.
When i tried xinit it works, but the terminals and other windows such as for xmgrace,
are fixed in size and cannot be moved.

What should I do?

This is what I am getting:
xauth: file /home/buldyrev/.Xauthority does not exist
