Hi All,
You might have noticed Windows 11 has SAC and it requires software
developers to sign files.
Since our software included CYGWIN.dll, may I know where I can get a
signed version? Or any other solution to avoid SAC?

Signing would be a wasteful effort since rebasing may change any Cygwin binary,
voiding any signature you could attach.
