Hi there,
I've installed cygwin because i needed an executable for postgresql. When i use
the command initdb, it makes the directories but do not make the template1.
Can you please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Look at /usr/doc/Cygwin/postgresql-x.x.x
There are all informations, you will need to load down cygipc (I guess).
